    It was a pleasure working with you Marilyn.  Your coordination with me was appreciated because my schedule is so tight.  Thank you for calling the day of to discuss options based upon the change of weather.  You are great at what you do and that did not go unnoticed.

A big thank you for an outstanding event at Wave House!  From the beginning of the planning process to the end of the event it was a wonderful experience!  Everyone working on the event was terrific!  The next Conference I plan in San Diego will definitely include an event at Wave House!

Dear Wave House,
   I would like to personally thank you of very much for the wonderful event we had at Wave House last week. You managed an extremely successful event, flawlessly. I have to commend you and the Wave House and of course, your staff. Every part of your staff; the bartenders, servers, captains, security guards, chefs, lifeguards and the flowboarders; all are professional, courteous and were all exceptionally well prepared for this event and throughout the entire evening.
   The compliments that we have received on this event were tremendous. The commends on the excellent foods that your chefs prepared for the occasion have been numerous. The staff was constantly smiling and happy. Thank you for helping to make out event a success.
   I also want to thank the flowboarder team for their quick response to the incident with one of our employees. He is going better and is now home. Their quick response and caring report throughout the situation was comforting to him. A special thank you to them for exuding a calm and collect approach through the incident. 
   Amanda, you are a wonderful asset to this establishment. I wish we could bottle you up and take you all everywhere with us; your staff as well! We would never have to worry about anything. You have been extremely accommodating to me during he planning stages and on-site. Your long hours you put in did not go unnoticed, I know that Kimberlee is grateful too.
   I can't express how truly happy I ham to have selected the Wave House and to have been given you to help me execute this event. You are wonderful to work with and I will recommend you and Wave House to everyone.

Dear Wave House,
   On behalf of my partner, Melissa Plaia, and the administration of Steele Canyon High School, I would like to thank you for providing our Class of 2009 with the ultimate prom experience last month at Wave House San Diego. Your catering facilities and staff were top notch.
   The quality of the dessert choices were both delicious and a whole lot of fun. From the chocolate dipped ice cream and fruit, to the waffle comes, to the "s'mores", the food was first rate and delectable. Our students and staff all went home raving about how "cool" it was to have such a fun menu of desserts.
   Our staff and students were also very impressed with how attractive and versatile your facility was for our prom, which was a Tahitian themed event - perfect for your venue. Out team was able to enhance your already beautiful beach scene with a few touches to give the kids what they wanted. On top of that, there were so many options for students to enjoy their event: Watching the sunset as they overlooked the boardwalk, staining in awe of the professional wave riders on the Bruticus Maximus, "kicking back" at the fire pits, playing ping pong or tearing it up on the dance floor- with so many options, everybody had a whole lot of fun! We also appreciated how open your staff was to moving tables, chairs or whatever, to accommodate our needs. Your staff was open to anything and you had the facility to make anything happy- thank you! Now, about your staff…
   I have never seen a staff from a non-educational organization treat students and school staff with so much respect, courtesy and be so welcoming, as your staff at Wave House San Diego. The security team was able to do their jobs with the utmost of professionalism, while still keeping a warm and friendly demeanor toward out students and staff. The servers always had plenty of beverages and food ready and waiting for us to enjoy. Most notably, Ashly Arroyo and her crew were extremely attentive and catered to our every need, no matter what. Even better was the fact that your staff was happy to have us there. From beginning to end, we were welcomed; we truly felt like royalty!
  Please extend out thanks to any and all the staff that I forgot to mention in this letter. You are more than welcomed to count on me as a reference, as I am more than happy to share with any of your prospective clients about our fantastic experience at Wave House San Diego.
