Red Bull On-Boards Seven of their Newest DJs at Wave House

Red Bull DJ Collective On-Boarding July 25, 2011

It was warm and sunny and couldn’t have been a more beautiful day for Red Bull to "On-Board" seven premium DJs - Jazzy Jeff, Jesse Marco, Mick Boogie, Graham Funke, Spider, Stonerokk, Vice and Tina T - that are now a part of Red Bulls new DJ Collective. These DJs attended a three day trip exposing them to the extreme and diverse world of Red Bull.

At 11am a decked out Red Bull bus pulled right up in front of Wave House and unleashed the talent. After a quick photo shoot on our FlowBarrel ^® with the energetic boys and girl, we fired up the wave and welcomed them to our world, Wave House. Derek 'Zoo' Zemen gave pointers and lent a helping hand as the DJs made the rounds both stand up riding and bodyboarding. Everyone did surprisingly well and both big falls and big applause were constant during their two hour flow session.

A six person film film crew captured footage of the entire day so keep an eye on RedBull.com, the DJs' websites and potentially the Red Bull Facebook page, which has over 20 million users.

Red Bull selected Wave House to be the second on-boarding event for the crew. YEEW! Some other on-boarding events included indoor skydiving with a Red Bull Air Force athlete and Dune buggy sand rail rides with Red Bull athlete Ricky Johnson. Oh yeah, not to forget Red Bull flew professional wakeskater and Red Bull athlete, Brian Grubb, in from Florida to have a little play with everyone.
