With the first US IFC Qualifier behind us, riders know they have to up the ante in the next few weeks before the final Qualifying Competition on September 11. Word is, flowboarders are found throwing down their skills daily, on both the FlowRider and FlowBarrel, hoping to stomp their tricks more consistently and create new variations that will put them at the top and on a plane to Singapore to compete on the US Team in the IFC on October 29-31.
18 year old Trevor Rynberg, currently in 5th place, has been practicing non stop for the second qualifier and now has something to show for it. Trevor has joined the ranks of other top riders and recently landed a spot on Wave House San Diego's Flowboard Team - by throwing his first Double flip variation, which we, luckily, caught on camera. Check it!!
The Double flip is a huge achievement for any rider, but will it be enough to send Trevor to the IFC this October?
