BMax Down for Refurbishing

B-Max will be running this Saturday!! Come down for some excitement this weekend and try out the new surface!

UPDATE - 2/23/10

Due to the unexpected weather over the weekend, the finishing touches have been delayed to this week. Unfortunately, this means the beginning  of Flow League will be delayed by one week.

Riding should resume by the ens of the week...

Bruticus Maximus (BMax) , the FlowBarrel at Wave House San Diego, will be down for maintenance beginning Monday, February 8. 

The surfacing in the areas of pump 1 and pump 2 will be completely replaced... resulting in a smoother ride and a larger barrel once completed. 

After a weekend of caulking, leveling, adhering and drying, the finishing touches are ready to be put on the Barrel... We'll begin gluing down the foam and vinyl today and welding the seams tomorrow. A few days to let it set and cure, and you'll be riding BMax by the end of the week!
